The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Alam Nagar P.S. Case No.193 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the observations made by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Madhepura vide order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9238 of 2018 (2) dt.17-02-2018 03.01.2018 in A.B.P. No.885 of 2017 that the injuries found on the person of the injured were all simple and on the non-vital part of the body as also the fact that there is a counter case, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Udakisunganj, Madhepura in connection with Alam Nagar P.S. Case No. 193 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
