Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is a student and is rotting in custody since 18.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
