This appeal is directed against the refusal of prayer for anticipatory bail vide order dated 19.10.2022, passed by learned Exclusive Special Judge, SC/ST, Gaya, in connection with Guraru P.S.

Case No.35/2020, registered u/s 147/149/323/447/337/436/308 IPC and 3(1)(r)(s) of SC/ST Act. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.

Permission is granted.

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.40 of 2023(3) dt.22-03-2023 2/2 Accordingly, the instant appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
