2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 158 of 2024 dated 31.05.2024 registered for the offence/s punishable u/ss 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 447, 427, 504, 506 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the co-accused persons are alleged to have come to the house of the informant's brother and started abusing. When the informant protested, all the accused persons started

It is further alleged that Mahesh Chaudhari assaulted the informant with Lathi on his head and the co-accused, Dinesh Chaudhari assaulted on his chest with brick due to that four bones of the informant broke. They also looted household articles and gold chain.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The other co-accused person has already been granted bail by this court vide order dated 23.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62887/2024. The petitioners have one criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Khagaria in connection with Chautham P.S. Case
