Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the h as already deposited the amount in the accounts of the students through RTGS as such he has come for grant of anticipatory bail.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Considering the facts that the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail has already been rejected, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, however, this application is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to surrender in the court below and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71228 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 pray for regular bail, which will be considered by the court below on the basis of submission of the petitioner, without being prejudiced by the rejection of the anticipatory bail of the petitioner by this Court.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
