Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 297 of 2020 dated 26.05.2020 lodged under Sections 302, 34 of the I.P.C.
As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against ten named accused persons, about killing of son of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the content of the F.I.R. there is nothing specific against any of the accused persons and only on the basis of the suspicion, the present case has been lodged. He further submits that on a very

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2022 having clean antecedent.
Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
Liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for bail, after framing of charge. Trial Court is directed to release the petitioner on bail afterthat, imposing its own conditions, so that he may not evade his appearance during trial.
With this observation, the bail application stands rejected.
