The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 302/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/354/307/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties with injuries having been inflicted on both the sides. It is further submitted that there is no repetition of blows and the injuries have been found to be simple in nature. It is further submitted that the dispute arose out of petty grievances as the family members of the informant used to through dirty things which was protested by the petitioner.

No.72006 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 302/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
