The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Katra P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 420, 468 and 471 of I.P.C. pending in the Court of Sub-Judge 15th Cum-Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.

It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner got appointment on the post of A.N.M in Katra PHC, the documents of all appointees were verified later on. The verification report vide letter No. 703 dated 10.07.2014 of Bihar Parcharika Nibhandhan Parishad, Patna, revealed forged certificate of petitioner. The petitioner on the basis of alleged forged certificate got appointment and misappropriated the Government money amounting to Rs. 6,01,109/-.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8518 of 2018 (3) dt.30-03-2018 2/2 Learned APP has submitted that process under Sections 82-83 Cr. P.C. has already been issued against the petitioner. In the written report, it is alleged that after enquiry the certificate submitted by the petitioner with regard to training of A.N.M. was found forged.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

Petitioner may surrender before the Court below and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered and disposed off in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
