JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-03-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 23.01.2018 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Banka in G.R. No.95 of 2017 arising out of Rajoun P.S. Case No.16 of 2017 by which he issued non-bailable warrant of arrest under Sections 341, 323, 498A and 354 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act against the petitioner.
