====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Town (Nawada) P.S. Case No..- 760 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 498(A), 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the instant case merely because they are relatives of the husband of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1293 of 2023(3) dt.19-05-2023 2/2 the deceased. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. It is also submitted that the husband of the deceased is already in custody. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Town (Nawada) P.S. Case No..- 760 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
