2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 506, 509 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(E), 67(A) of the I.T. Act.
3. It is alleged that this petitioner, who is husband of informant, after getting information about the complaint case, filed by the informant, started putting pressure on informant to withdraw the complaint and also threatened her to make private photographs of her bedroom viral. It is further alleged that this petitioner also sent some vulgar videos and photographs on mobile of informant's Mama and also sent the video to some other persons and threatened to send the video to other relatives

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is husband of the informant and only with a view to harass the petitioner, this false and concocted case has been lodged. Prior to this case, the informant had lodged a complaint case, vide Complaint Case No. 724 of 2024, in the court of learned C.J.M., Motihari against her husband and other in-laws members for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 498(A), 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and thereafter, this case has been lodged. He further submits that at no point of time, the petitioner sent any vulgar video and photograph on the mobile phone of informant's Mama (maternal uncle).
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Motihari Cyber P.S. Case No. 15
