The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Assistant Director, Consolidation passed order that lands of Khata No. 130 A plot Nos. 494, 498, 551 and 550 were recorded in the names of the ancestors of the petitioner and, accordingly, Khatiyan was created but the DCLR wrongly mentioned the land of plot Nos. 494, 498, 551 and 550 of Khata No. 195 in place of Khata No. 130 A in his order dated 15.03.2012. It appears that some typographical error crept in the order passed by the DCLR.

In this view of the fact, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to file petition before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.23506 of 2019(2) dt.28-11-2019 2/2 DCLR, Bikramganj, Rohtas with the relevant documents and order to correct Khata No. in the order dated 15.03.2012 and if such a petition is filed the DCLR, Bikramganj is directed to dispose of the petition of the petitioner within four months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
