2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 354, 379, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 10.02.2024 at about 5:10 PM, while the informant was constructing the house of his niece, in the meantime, all the accused persons including this petitioner, armed with lathi, danda, garasa and pistol, surrounded the house and started abusing and assaulting informant and when informant's family members came to rescue, they were also assaulted, on account of which, three persons sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to land dispute between the parties, an altercation took place, in which, both sides sustained injury. There is case and counter case. Injuries, sustained by injured person, are simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 96 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
