JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 06.04.2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Natwar P. S. case no. 32/2017 registered under section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he gave iron rod causing head injury to the informant. The impugned order goes to show that the informant sustained grievous injury on his head.

Considering the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14275 of 2018 (2) dt.06-04-2018 stands rejected.
