JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 498(A), 498(C), and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner and other accused persons filled the ATM with fake currency notes. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an employee of the Secure Value India Company and he deposited the currency in the ATM which was received from the Bank. No fake notes were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State and informant vehemently opposes the prayer for bail stating that petitioner is named in the FIR and there is specific allegation against the
