2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 88 of 2023 for the offence registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged in the prosecution case that on the date of occurrence while informant and his wife was returning after withdrawing Rs. 5,50,000/- from the Bank, two motorcycle borne miscreants came and snatched the bag of his wife, which was containing the withdrawal amount and other articles, and fled away.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82198 of 2023(2) dt.09-01-2024 2/2 petitioners are innocent. They are not named in the F.I.R. Their names have surfaced in this case during course of investigation. Nothing has been recovered from their possession. No Test Identification Parade has been conducted in this case. Petitioners are in judicial custody since 18.04.2023.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Pupri P.S.
