The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Parihar P.S.Case No.137 of 2017 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 120, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, some land has been purchased by the petitioner and the informant. The allegation against the petitioners is that they have sold the land more than their share to third person.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the land has been purchased by the petitioner and further submission is that out of 12 dismal of land, 06 dismal has been

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of order, and on their surrender, they will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. VIth, Sitamarhi in connection with Parihar P.S.Case No.137 of 2017, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With following conditions :
(i) One of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court.
(ii) The petitioners will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence.
(iii) The petitioners shall co-operate in the investigation of the case and make themselves available as and when required by the Police, otherwise, the prosecution is free to move for cancellation of their bail bond.
