Petitioners seek regular bail in case registered for offence under Sections 191 ( 2 ), 191 (3) , 190, 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 118 ( 2 ), 109 (I), 117 ( 2 ), 352 and 351 (3) of BNS and 27 of Arms Act and later on section 103 of BNS was added. 3 . As per F.I.R. informant namely, Anjali Kumari alleged that on 07.07.2025, all the named accused persons including these petitioners surrounded brother of informant and assaulted him. When informant went to his rescue , then accused persons fired upon informant and during course of treatment informant died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioners are not assailants of deceased and they are only alleged to have assaulted brother of deceased. Specific accusation of assault to deceased is against other co-accused persons. Petitioners are in custody since 07.07.2025 . 5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as informant vehemently opposed the bail petition .
6. Considering the aforesaid facts, period of custody , clean antecedent of these petitioners and circumstances of the case , let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate IV Hilsa Nalanda in connection with Nagarnausa PS Case No. 168 of 2025 .
