2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the IPC.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is of getting employment on the post of Anganwari Sahayika on the basis of forged documents.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. She has

He submitted that the petitioner was appointed as Anganwari Sahayika on 28.01.2021 and resigned on 05.12.2022, whereas the FIR has been lodged on 06.02.2023 without any reasonable explanation of delay. The petitioner had been appointed on the post of Anganwari Sahayika in the meeting of Aam Sabha held on 28.01.2021 of ward no. 5, Vill. Dhobha Tola, P.O.- Rakhai, Panchayat- Khesaria and thereafter her selection letter has been issued. From the perusal of Selection Letter, it is apparent that there is no provision of realization of remuneration, if the certificates provided by the applicant is not found correct. He further submitted that the story brought by the informant is totally false and concocted. She is languishing in judicial custody since 27.09.2023.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West
