The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No.45 of 2018 registered under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 12 and 18 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as contained in Annexure-2 to the present application, wherein she has disclosed her age to be 19 years and the learned Magistrate has assessed her age to be 18 years and she has stated that she is in love with the petitioner and out of her own sweet will she married him in the court at Ghaziabad, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26207 of 2018 (2) dt.03-05-2018 2/2 below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1, Khagaria in connection with Gogari P.S.
