JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-11-2022 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the final order passed under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in connection with Encroachment Case No. 2 of 2018-19, by the Circle Officer, Tekari, Gaya, by filing appropriate appeal. It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks, from today, the Appellate Authority shall consider the same on merits without being impeded by the issue of limitation and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, thereon, and till then status quo existing, as on today, qua the land/house of the
