Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, these petitioners assaulted the informant and her husband by means of lathidanda as a result of which both of them sustained injuries. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both parties are next door neighbour. Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7274 of 2023(2) dt.18-04-2023 2/2 the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Lakhisarai in connection with Mednichouki P.S. Case No. 99 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
