The petitioner has been in custody since 10.09.2019 in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 121 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B),A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not from his conscious possession and they were saddled on his back. In any view of the matter, the recoveries as alleged are of two live cartridges and one mobile phone.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing
