ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2019, in connection with Case No. C-2/611/2019 for the offenses under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery was not made from the conscious possession of the petitioner but from outside the bath room which is located outside the house. It is further submitted that the petitioner is respectable lady and has got clean antecedent. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent,
