Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 191 of 2013 registered for the offences under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that the Complaint Case has been filed after a delay of ten years without there being any explanation for the same. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1097 of 2023(3) dt.11-04-2023 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No. 191 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
