2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 174 of 2024, G.R. No. 2891 of 2024, registered under Section 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 115(2), 109, 117(2), 351(2) and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that, the allegation against the accused persons including these petitioners is of abusing and assaulting the informant's husband, her son and her daughter-in-law by means of iron rods, sticks, etc. due to which they sustained grievous injuries on their persons and were taken to hospital for treatment.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that no specific allegation of assault has been attributed against the petitioners. The allegation levelled against the petitioners is general and omnibus in nature. It is further submitted that specific allegation of assault is against co-accused namely, Barun Yadav and Manohar Yadav. There is case and counter case between the parties. The petitioners have got one criminal antecedent in which they are on bail. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that similarly situated co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 16.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 86864 of 2024.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No.
