2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 143 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. No.2079 of 2023 lodged on 24.06.2023, for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 386, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 29.05.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32702 of 2024. Counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2023. Counsel submits that report has come in this case and till date, trial has not been concluded.

4. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that from the report, it transpires that Trial court has indicated that within three months, trial shall be concluded.

5. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Divyansh/- U T
