JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-11-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court by order dated 27.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58116 of 2018. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and the case is of dowry death.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for almost one and a half years and there is no substantial progress in the trial till date. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, since petitioner is in custody since long, learned court below is directed to expedite the commitment of the case, if not already committed, and if committed, learned court below is further directed to expedite framing of charge as
