The petitioners seek bail in Mahua P.S. Case No.351 of 2019 registered under Sections 363, 365, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Sakindra Thakur and father, mother and brother of Sakindra Thakur kidnapped his minor daughter on 24.06.2019.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent. Sakindra Thakur was having love affairs with the victim. The victim appeared and made her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C.. She disclosed that nobody kidnapped her. She went along with Sakindra Thakur and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71153 of 2019(3) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 solemnised marriage.

Learned A.P.P. did not dispute this fact.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners are father, mother and brother of Sakindra Thakur with whom the victim fled away out of her free will, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No.351 of 2019.
