In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(i) For that issue a writ or writs, order or orders, direction or directions, commanding to the Respondents and issue and appropriate writ, in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned letter issued by Respondent no. 4 (Deputu General Manager , (BIADA) bearing letter no. 484 dated 15.11.2022 contained as Annexure- 7 to

Patna High Court CWJC No.1676 of 2023(4) dt.16-05-2023 2/3 this petition and demand Rs. 50,000/ for payment of changing the production under Bihar Land Allotment Policy 2022. Although asked to deposit the producation change amount, which had already paid by the petitioner accordingly at that time demand and its unit never closed and same was time to time filed a petition for change the production and start it under waiting permission from the BIADA and lastly BIADA issued a letter on 08.04.2022 (Annexure- 2) to no need to grant a permission.

(ii) For that direct to the Respondent to follow its own letter dated 08.08.2020, 08.04.2022 contained as Annexure- 1 & 2 to this petition.

(iii) For that direct to Respondent to disposed of the petitioner's application dated 20.05.2022, 19.07.2022 and his application to change the production filed under demand perform dated 23.09.2022 contained as Annexure- 3,4 & 5 of this petition.

(iv) For that restrained to respondent to not apply the BIADA land Allotment policy 2022 against petitioner due to that petitioner has been already allotted a land and executed a lease deed between the petitioner & BIADA on 19.06.1981 for 99 (Ninteen Nine Years), Plot no. A-8 measuring 5000 Sq. ft at Industrial Area of Buxar, District- Buxar.

(v) For that direct to the Respondent to not issue a wrong letter against petitioner for payment of some money for change the production of unit time to time in different mode and different charges and gives an threating to cancell the lease deed of petitioner in grab on impugned demand again Rs. 50,000 / under BIADA Land allotment policy 2022 (Annexure - 7).

Patna High Court CWJC No.1676 of 2023(4) dt.16-05-2023 3/3 (vi) For that restrained to Respondent to not taken any harass action against the unit of petitioner, which is smoothly running and there have no dues against the land or financial corporation against the unit of petitioner and stay the operation of letter no. 424 dated 15.11.22 (Annexure- 7 to this petition).

(vii) For that any order or orders as your lordships may deem fit and proper for ends of justice."

3. During pendency of the present petition, the concerned respondent has redressed the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure- G series.

4. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off as it has become infructuous.
