2. This is the second attempt for bail of the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 15.03.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 46763 of 2022.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rail Sonepur P.S. Case No. 70 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 24 Kg. of ganja from the possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 08.04.2022.

6. All the witnesses have been examined. The trial is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80984 of 2023(3) dt.23-02-2024 2/2 on the verge of completion.

7. In these circumstances, the application is again dismissed.
