The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. C-648 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Section 406, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a mediator and he did not receive any money from the complainant. Surendra Shahi received money from the complainant on the assurance of Deepak Kumar Shahi. The petitioner issued cheque but the cheque was returned as the same was not duly filled up. Petitioner has no manner of concern. It appears that the petitioner is a mediator and the

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st Bagaha, West champaran in connection with Complaint Case No. C-648 of 2016 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
