Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Nath Nagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No. 483 of 2017 for the offence under sections 149, 448, 323, 307, 329, 364, 354(B), 379 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and informant are agnates and there is dispute with regard to partition of joint family property.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and similarly circumstanced other co-accused namely, Mahesh Thakur and others were granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 11470 of 2018 vide order dated 27.02.2018.

No.25142 of 2018(2) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Bhagalpur, in connection with Nath Nagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No. 483 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
