Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have given iron rod blow causing head injury to the informant. Annexure-2 to this petition goes to show that informant sustained simple injury. Petitioner is in jail custody since 27.08.2019.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria Muffasil P.S. Case No. 593 of 2019.
