2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Aurangabad Muffasil P.S. Case No. 114 of 2022 dated 11.04.2022 registered for the offences punishable under sections 411, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-B)a, 26 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the SIT team was constituted to investigate the bank robbery and a raid was conducted at the house of the petitioner Sunil Chandravanshi @ Sadhu. They recovered the motorcycle used in the bank and of Rs. 36,500/- from the house adjacent to their residence.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has no concern with the said recovery. The petitioner has six criminal antecedents as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 01.11.2023. Similarly situated co-accused has already been granted regular bail by this court vide order dated 25.06.2024 passed in Cr. Misc No. 78124 of 2023.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Muffasil P.S. Case No. 114 of 2022, with the following condition/s:- (i). The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every
