The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Rampur P.S. Case No. 181 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 325, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner no. 1 is alleged to have beaten Sunny (deceased) with Danda and petitioner no. 2 is alleged to have assaulted with bricks on his chest, as a result of which, Sunny (deceased) succumbed to the injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf

Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners. In view of the specific allegation against these petitioners, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners abovenamed on anticipatory bail in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 181 of 2019.
