This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 04.09.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No.11253 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the second last paragraph of the order dated 04.09.2019 the

Patna High Court MJC No.4460 of 2019(3) dt.24-02-2020 2/2 words "bearing registration no. BR-07AD-9361" has been mentioned, in fact, it should have been "bearing registration No. BR-07AD-9351".

In such view of the matter, the words "bearing registration no. BR-07AD-9361" appearing in second last paragraph of the order dated 04.09.2019 will be read as "bearing registration no. BR-07AD-9351".

Accordingly, the order dated 04.09.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11253 of 2019 is modified to the above extent. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
