The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sahaar P.S. case no. 89 of 2016 for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he was not named in the F.I.R. He submits that name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of the suspected accused Santosh Paswan and Babloo Kumar and the aforesaid suspected accused persons have been granted regular bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 53336 of 2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 50958 of 2016. In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25286 of 2018 (2) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District Judge-II, Ara in connection with Sessions Trial No. 321 of 2017, arising out of Sahaar P.S. case no. 89 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
