Mr.Ajay Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-12-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 40 of 2019 (Aurangabad Sadar) for the offence registered under Sections 420, 376 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the informant having love affair with one Sonu Khan and the said Sonu Khan is stated to have made physical relationship with the victim girl since about 4-5 years and when the informant had pressurized the said Sonu Khan to marry her, his maternal grand father and his father are alleged to have demanded a sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- from the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as far as the petitioner is concerned, he is maternal grand father of

It is further submitted that if at all anyone is having any complicity in the matter, it might be the said Sonu Khan and not the petitioner herein. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent although the fact is that earlier, the petitioner had been made an accused in one criminal case but he has been acquitted in the said case. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 40 of 2019 (Aurangabad Sadar) subject to the conditions as stipulated under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
