The petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to initiate legal action against such persons, who are obstructing construction of road over Khata No. 426, Khesra No. 2815 and Khata No. 874, Khesra No. 2784 in Ward No.8 of Dhanauli Gram Panchayat Raj. The said road is to be constructed under the scheme of Mukhyamantri Sat Nishay Yojana.

Without commenting upon the merit of the allegation made in the writ application, it is being disposed of with an observation that the District Administration shall be at liberty to initiate action, if what has been stated in the writ petition is correct, but in accordance with law.
