The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case no. 413 of 2019, registered under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 325, 354(B), 379,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72238 of 2019(2 ) dt.05-02-2020 2/3 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that in the morning of 24.06.2019, informant Deep Narayan Ray fixed the peg over the land, as per decision of the punches, at that time, petitioners came there having Lathi, Farsa, Sword and Dabiya in their hands and started to abuse. At that time, on the order of Shiv Narayan Ray (petitioner No.1) all started to cause assault in which he sustained fracture injury at his right hand. When Shushila Devi, wife of informant, rushed then she was laid on the ground in which she sustained fracture injury, at that time, they also snatched gold nose pin and chain from the wife of informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that scuffle took place due to land dispute, but with ulterior motive, the informant lodged the present case with false allegation after 18 days of the occurrence. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of
