The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with G.O.Case No.116 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. As per FIR, there is recovery of altogether 117 and odd ltrs. of liquor while they were carrying liquor. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent and they are in custody for more than two months. Prosecution report has already been submitted in this

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named,2019 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Addl. Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with G.O. Case No.116 of 2019 with condition to co-operate in disposal of the case..

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
