The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 498 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 341/323/384/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is inordinate delay of five days in lodging FIR without plausible explanation and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.09.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

No.73563 of 2019(2) dt.21-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 498 of 2019.
