2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 13 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from the hutment of the petitioner.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the hutment in question does not belong to this petitioner.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner has been
