The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore Cr.Misc. No. 63325 of 2017, which stood dismissed on the first day of the year i.e. 02-01-2018, due to non-prosecution. Considering the fact disclosed in the petition, the Court is satisfied with the reason. Accordingly, the restoration petition is allowed.
