2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Sirisiya P. S. Case No. 57 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 313, 317(2), 317(4), 317(5), 303(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., a raid was conducted on a secret information, where stolen motorcycles were being sold by changing their number plates. Apprehended co-accused persons disclosed the name of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. No stolen article has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been made accused only on suspicion.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81440 of 2025(4) dt.13-03-2026 2/2 the bail application and submitted that petitioner has got nine criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
