The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399 and 402/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of one pistol and two live cartridges from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 12.06.2019.
