JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 16-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, counsel for the informant and the counsel appearing for the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Buddha Colony P.S. Case No. 131 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 406, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the instant case was registered for dishonour of cheque in relation to business transaction between the petitioner and the informant.

Considering the fact that the dispute primarily involves commercial transaction, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within
