2. The grievance of the petitioner is that his objection for correction of the voter list is pending before the Election Officer/B.D.O., but he is not disposing it off.

3. The learned counsel for the State Election Authority submits that the application of the petitioner filed before the Returning Officer is not entertainable as the draft of

Patna High Court CWJC No.17222 of 2024(2) dt.13-11-2024 2/2 2019 has been challenged, whereas a fresh draft in 2024 has already been published.

4. As the fresh draft has been published, and that draft is not challenged, the petition is not maintainable.
