The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No.129 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. No.4999 of 2017 registered under Section 304-B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation made in the first information report that the petitioner and others killed the sister of the informant for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry within few days of marriage, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22117 of 2018 (2) dt.26-04-2018 2/2 shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
